Charming furnished studios, located at the beautiful northwest
edge of Central Park. Directly across from newly restored
landmark condominium at 455 Central Park West. The front studios face
this exquisite landmark; the rear studios look out on lovely gardens.
Convenient to subways, buses, Columbia University, and all the
restaurants, shops, and cinemas on the Upper West Side.
Furnished with modern furniture and original artwork. High quality
double bed with soft cotton sheets, dresser, table and chairs, club
chair, rug. Small fully-equipped kitchen, nice bathroom. Sheets,
towels, comforters provided. Hair dryer, iron, A/C, TV,
wireless internet. Bring your cell phone.

Activities and Attractions
Close to all the Upper West Side restaurants, clubs, shops, and
theatres. Next to Central Park. Fifteen minutes to Yankee Stadium,
by subway. Direct subway ride to Rockefeller Center, Times Square,
the Theatre District, Greenwich Village, SOHO, etc.
Vacation Rental Rates
$175/night. Four night minimum. Holiday prices may be higher. A
discount is offered for stays of longer than 8 nights.
$30 cleaning fee. Monthly rental rates available.
50% deposit required to confirm the reservation.
Balance due in cash, travellers checks, or certified bank check upon
arrival. Paypal accepted (4% additional charge).

Each has a small kitchen and private bathroom, a double bed, a lounge
chair, and table and chairs for dining. This is an excellent
opportunity to travel economically with friends, while
retaining your own privacy. Photos of 4 of the studios are shown on
this listing.
An extra single rollaway bed can be added (one-time cost of $50). The
studios can accommodate 3 people comfortably (the double bed, plus a
rollaway)--if you want to economize.
