Payments made within 6 weeks of start date of rental are accepted via credit card or PayPal only. * Cleaning charge: For stays of less than 7 nights, a cleaning charge of $150 will be added. * Spa/Pool Heat: Spa and Pool heat is optional and can be requested at $35/nt (£22). You can also request Spa heat alone for $25/nt (£18). Pool/Spa or Spa heat can be requested for a minimum of 4 nights.

Our 3300 ft2 Florida vacation home has 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is fully furnished to comfortably sleep 16 guests (plus an infant). * Two master suites with king beds (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom and an infant in a full size crib). * Two queen bedrooms (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom). * Two Kids bedrooms with two twins each (accommodates 2 persons in each bedroom). * One Kids bedrooms with two bunks (accommodates 4 persons). * For families with more than one infant, we provide a Pack-n-Play at no extra charge.
