the Pacific Ocean offering 180 degree, sweeping panoramic views.

afternoons watching the occasional whale or dolphins

Vacation Rental Rates

$950/night USD upstairs (as shown) or $10,000/mo
$750/night USD downstairs or $8,000/mo
$150 cleaning fee
$1000 security deposit (refunded within 7 days after visit)

Arrivals
Check in is from 3-6pm. You can pick up the key from Susan Diamond 
at the office. For arrivals after 6pm, alternate plans will be made. 
No early check ins allowed. No pets allowed.

Departures
Check out is at 12 noon. Turn in key no later than 12:30pm or you 
may be charged for another day. For departures prior to 9am, 
alternate plans will be made.

Cancellation Policy
There is a $100 cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation. 
Cancellation notice must be given 30 days prior to arrival, to 
receive your deposit refund, less the cancellation fee. We cannot 
refund the rental amount for cancellations within 30 days.
