This is a brand new luxury 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath Gulf Front condo 
conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive 98 on Crystal Beach.  We 
are located on the 2nd floor of a 4 level “low rise” in a small 
complex (34 units) with Gulf side swimming pool, exercise room,
BBQ and picnic area.

This preferred west end 2nd floor condo offers windows in every room,
maximizing incredible gulf views and allowing the gulf breezes and 
sounds of the surf.  You are within ½ mile to  Destin Commons  
shopping and entertainment complex.  You can take short strolls in a 
quiet residential area with an Old Florida elegance and still be 
close to all the amenities the Destin area has to offer.
