Vacation Rental Description

Bermuda Beach Cottage located at sandy white Miramar Beach, is a 
3-story cottage with 4 bedrooms/ 3 baths that sleeps 12. The first 
floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds, perfect for older 
couples who prefer to be on one level, or for lots of kids. The 
bedroom is next to the kitchen, dining and main living area. The 
second floor has the master king bed suite with two closets, sunken 
tub, shower and two sink bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a 
king bed and a separate full bath also on the second floor. There is 
a queen sleeping sofa located on the third floor sleeping loft, as 
well as panoramic views of the neighborhood and beach.     

It is located in the heart of Destin, across from the 150-store 
Sands Outlet Mall nestled on a private street on the beachside of 
Old Highway 98. There are no roads to cross and the beach is a 4 
minute walk to the private brick-paved path to private Miramar 
Beach. The street has paved sidewalks, night lamps and ends in a cul-
de-sac, so it is perfect for small playing children or for a lazy 
night walk. 

See a partial view of the beach from the sleeping loft and enjoy 
panoramic views of the beach community. Enjoy fresh beach air on 
private decks from each bedroom. 

There is a heated community pool four houses away with chairs and 
bathrooms, private garage parking for three cars, gas barbeque grill 
outside shower, and all the amenities for a fabulous family vacation 
that will create wonderful memories.

water sports and all other beach activities minutes away. Destin is 
the perfect site for a wonderful family vacation and Bermuda Cottage 
is perfect for 1 to 3 families. It is nestled in a quiet 
neighborhood with immediate access to the activities you will want 
to pursue while on vacation.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are weekly rates:
Winter: 1/1/08 - 2/29/08 - $175 night, $1000/Week, $2000 monthly
Spring: 3/1/08 - 3/14/08 - $250 night, $1500/Week
Spring Break: 3/15/08 - 4/11/08 - $300 night, $2000/Week
Spring 2: 4/12/08- 5/16/08 - $250 night, $1500/Week
High Summer: 5/17/08 -8/8/08 - $3000/Week - Sat to Sat only  
Late Summer: 8/9/08 -8/29/08 - $300 night, $2000/Week
Fall: 8/30/08 - 11/21/08 - $250 night, 1500/Week
Thanksgiving: 11/22/08 - 11/30/08 - $400 night/ $2500 week
Winter: 11/22/08 -12/31/08 - $175 night, $1000/Week
Winter Holiday - 12/30/08 - 1/2/09 - $400 night, $2500/week

$500 to book reservation - rest due 60 days prior to visit. 

Full refund up to 60 days prior to visit or upon 
hurricane. $100 pet fee, $100 cleaning fee added to less than 7
