broadband connection for the whole family's information
needs while the other bedroom has another television. All bedrooms
are complete with comfortable new mattresses, duvet covered blankets
and dreamy, hypoallergenic pillows.
Your living room has a complete entertainment center, equipped with
DVD player and a flat screen HDTV where you can watch a movie from the
DVD collection available to you or programs from the digital cable
complete with HBO channels. Watch it in casual designer lounging

Monthly Winter Rentals: $1500.00 / month.
From 5/17/08 to 9/19/08 reservations are booked Saturday to Saturday.
Weekly rentals only during IN and PEAK Seasons. To reserve now, click
on the "Click Here To Send Email" button. A lease agreement will be
mailed or e-mailed to you with a 10 day due date for the first
payment. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the check-in
date. Reservations made with a check-in date of less than 30 days from
the booking date require payment in full.
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Every effort is made
to ensure that all units are clean and ready for occupancy; however,
in some instances it is necessary to delay occupancy until the unit is
ready. There are no rebates for such late occupancy. Condos will not
be available for check-in earlier than 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Our housekeeping team must have ample
time to clean and inspect all condos for our arriving guests.
