retreat has to offer! This comfortable beach resort home features 4
bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar,
plus much more!

Your family will find plenty of space to stretch out in the spacious
living room, or retreat to one of the 4 bedrooms for some quiet time.
The master bedroom features a king-size sleigh bed, ceiling fan, alarm clock, telephone, TV with DVD player and
separate bath with soaker tub. The "Nautical Room" is great for the
kids with 2 sets of bunk beds, plus games, toys and books. The "Palm Room" offers a queen bed,
ceiling fan, TV/DVD combo, CD player and alarm clock. The "Lux Room"
also features a queen bed, ceiling fan, CD player, alarm clock, and a
TV/DVD combo.  

Lounge poolside by your own private 26’ x 13’ pool, enjoy a
relaxed family cookout on the gas grill, or take a short 5 minute stroll to the
emerald waters and sugar-sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.  

Barefoot Landing is within minutes of all that Destin has to offer –
shopping at the largest designer outlet mall in the USA, a huge array
of casual and fine-dining restaurants, and world-class entertainment

Spring Break*       Feb 27-Apr 9        $1775/week 
Spring              Apr 10-May 14       $1275/week
Peak Summer         May 15-Aug 20       $2275/week
Summer Discount     Aug 21-Sept 24      $1275/week
Fall/Winter         Sept 25-Feb 25      $1075/week or $1700/month


Half of rent is due upfront to secure reservation. Remaining rent plus
11.5% FL tax, and a $500 damage deposit is due 30 days prior to check
in. Damage deposit will be refunded one week after checkout if
home is left in the condition it was found, and no other rental policy
violations have occurred. 

All reservations during peak season are from Saturday (check-in) to
Saturday (check-out). Home may be available for long-term rental
during the Fall/Winter season. Please inquire.
