The "Red Umbrella" has 3 covered porches (rocking chairs on the back 
one), treed back yard with private 26X13 fenced pool, TV in every 
room, DVD, VCR's, and best of all, it's only a 3 to 4 
minute walk to the beach. We also have the gas grill, outside shower 
and for the social butterflys in your group there's the large, 
heated 
community pool only 6 houses away. So bask in the sun or rest in the 
shade of the "Red Umbrella". Either way, we've got you covered!

* Up charge for holidays, $300.00 
All rates reflect 6 persons 
or less. $100 more per person after 6 up to 10. Half rent due to 
secure home. 30 days prior to arrival 2nd half rent due, plus 10% Fl 
tax, $200-
$1,000 damage deposit (refunded 3 business days after checkout if 
home 
is left in the order it was found).
