Elevator, 3 Bedrooms,3 Full Baths, Dinning Room, Living Room,
Fully Equipped Kitchen, Ocean Front Pool.
Your Private Balcony has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean 
and beach as you watch the Dolphins Swim by.

 The condo has sliding glass doors in the living room and master 
suite providing access to the balcony. 

The condo has accommodations for 8 persons.
    Master Bedroom contains a Queen,  the other 2 bedrooms each 
contain 2 singles And the couch is a Queen Sleeper.

The Condo is located in Garden City Beach about 7 miles south of 
Myrtle Beach.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, Disposal, Microwave, all 
small appliances and  refrigerator with Ice Maker.
Phone, Central Air, 2 cable TV, VCR in Master suite and a VCR/DVD 
player in living room, Hair Dryers.
Stereo Am/FM radio with CD and tape Player. Washer and Dryers are 
available on each floor. 

Sorry no Pets.    Linens are not supplied.

 Dixie Stampede, Legends, Alabama Theatre , Medieval Times,
 House of Blues, and  Broadway at the Beach to name a few.  

Vacation Rental Rates

             Minimum age to book is 25 years

 These are the 2008 Weekly Rental rates. 
 Rentals are from Sat.to Sat. and includes deparature maid service

       All Rates are subject to 11% South Carolina Tax,
       and a $35 Accidental Damage Waiver.
