Lower level has direct access to your own private beach where you 
can kayak, snorkel, or lay out.

the second level is two bedrooms (one master with a HUGE bathroom 
with jacuzzi tub)

the third level is a multipurpose room.  can be a game room, 
convereted to sleeping space for up to 6 people. (kids love this 
room for a slumber party!)

beautifully furnished, fully stocked kitchen, bedding and towels 
provided.  laundry room.   kayak and surf board.  boogie boards.
