Villas in Orlando, Florida. Guests to the Villas had a wonderful
time and we're sure you will too.
That's a NATURAL Lake (the Real BIG Sand Lake and one of Florida's
Purest Lakes) you see on the photo and the breathtaking view of the
SUNSET & SUNRISE too! from the Villa's living room. The gated
complex is self-contained with a restaurant, consistently voted as
one of the best ribs and seafood restaurants in Orlando. And Kids
eat FREE. The complex also has a bakery, deli, espresso and salad bar,
and Pizza Hut delivered at your door. After visiting the theme parks,
there is DVD & VHS rentals, heated pool, full service spa, gym
(for a fee),tennis courts, sand volleyball, and a whole lot more.
Our LakeFRONT Villas offer the comforts of your own home as a
preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own
2-story garden style townhouse. The Villas feature 2 bedrooms and 2
baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6, a patio, a balcony, a living
room, telephones, and TVs with cable in every room. Linens and towels
are provided. Each Villa is tastefully decorated with a dining area, a
full kitchenette with cookware, dishes, utensils, stove, microwave and
full fridge.
In addition to better value, you will receive benefits not all
hotels offer such as complete privacy, more living space and the
liberty to be able to prepare your own meals at your leisure.
Our villas are privately owned and managed. No timeshare presentation
is involved as we are not part of the Westgate timeshares.

WHAT OUR FORMER GUESTS SAID:
We brought back lots of good memories to share in the future. Your
villa was very comfortable and convenient and it was nice to come
back to every evening. We visited many attractions, ate at some
great restaurants (including Fisherman's Cove) , took pictures,
bought souvenirs and wrote diaries to help us remember what might be
our last "family" vacation altogether. We even went to the Live
Animal Show and Dinner Buffet one Tuesday night at Westgate Lakes
Pavillion.
My daughter Tiffany had her picture taken with 2 of the wild animals
and bought one of their Tshirts. She thought it was great to be so
close to the animals (unlike in a zoo). Thank you very much for
being so gracious. Hopefully we'll make it back to Florida again in
a few years time.
We were able to see both the sunset and the fireworks from the
villa, as you promised.
All in all we had a wonderful vacation. Thanks for everything,and
thanks to Rafael also for being so helpful and kind. Maria also did
a great job with our mid-vacation cleaning.

On this Saturday, I am going back to Korea with my family. Florida
was the last trip and really good memory for us. I was happy to
became to know you and your villa. I wish I can stay at your villa

Thank you so much for the use of your villa. We had a blast. Your
Villa was very beautiful, comfortable and in a great location. I
usually like to try out different places to stay, but I liked yours
so much that I will definitely rent again. The kids had a great time
upstairs in there own room and bathroom. We enjoyed the private pool
the most. We left early in the morning and returned late at night,
it was nice to come back to a cool place to sleep. I took many, many
pictures. I will try to send you a few that I think you might enjoy.

We had a grand week in Florida. The villa worked very well for us
and we particularly enjoyed our morning walks along the lake. We got
to the Arts festival in Winter Park which was a very enjoyable day.
The weather was perfect so that made it all the more enjoyable. We
hope to make this an annual event and will certainly keep you in
mind as our planning develops for next year!

We did relatively speaking, affordable fun. One evening we went
downtown to the IMPROV. I enjoyed it, no smoking and lots of
laughs. One afternoon we visited the OWC: Orlando watersports
complex. Our children grew up skiing and wakeboarding so this was
an opportunity for them to try again. Our son really enjoyed
himself. Lastly, following dinner, we took Dad (88 years young) to
one of the many miniature golf places in I-Drive. There is so much
shopping around you that stopping by a shop goes without saying.
We have safely returned to our home in the Keys. Thank you for the
use of your condo. This is the first time that we have been in this
area of Orlando. Your residence is so close to everything, very
convenient. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The complex
was very clean, quiet and safe. We had a very good time. Thank you

printed the pictures taken during our vacation and the good memories
come back again. We really did enjoy our stay. The villa was
perfectly situated for our trips to the parks and other events.

I wanted to tell you how much my son and I enjoyed your Villa in
Orlando Florida that we rented for the week of July 1st. Having
spent our first July 4th holiday in Florida we couldn't have asked
for a nicer spot to enjoy the fireworks. We sat out on the small
patio overlooking the lake and were able to watch different firework
displays for 2 hours, it was wonderful (especially having missed the
Canada Day fireworks as we were traveling).
The Villa and the Resort were beautiful and we certainly didn't have
far to go to entertain ourselves.
I have actually (and I hope you don't mind) given your email address
to a colleague of mine at work that might be planning a trip with
her daughter in the near future.
