Our luxury Florida Villa with private heated pool at Chatham Park,
is now taking bookings for 2009. Our home has two bedrooms both
with en-suite bathrooms.

* Rental includes use of linen and   
  towels, refuse collection, cleaning after 
  departure, and all US taxes. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

A superb location close to Disney World and all other main 
attractions.Neighbourhood amenities for residents and guests include 
a community swimming pool, park area with tennis and basketball 
courts and a children's play area. To add to your peace of mind 
Chatham Park has on-site security.

Vacation Rental Rates

From $550 per week. Add $50 per week to the above prices for 
holidays taken at Easter or Christmas / New Year. 

Optional pool heat $20 per day (recommended November to April). 
These charges include the use of linen and towels,laundry 
facilities,electricity,water,air conditioning,refuse 
collection,local telephone calls, preparation of the villa prior to 
arrival, cleaning after departure and use of the private and 
community pools.
