Square. 20 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to Fun Town/Splash Town USA 
Theme Park and Aquaboggan Water Park.  Within walking distance of 
many resturants.

Luxury Condo, 50 Foot Balcony with ocean views, hardwood floors, 
modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite 
countertops.  There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave. 
Cable TV and long distance phone calls included within the U.S. and 
Canada. On site parking.

This oceanfront property is in close proximity to the following 
activities:  golf, tennis, amusement parks, shopping (Maine Mall, 
Freeport, the Old Port and Kittery), sightseeing, restaurants,

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates - June 7 through June 21 = $1,500 Weekly

June 28 through September 1  =  $2,200 Weekly

A refundable $300 security deposit and $70.00 cleaning fee also 
required

Check in and check out times are negotiable - Saturday to Saturday 
rentals
