Vacation Rental Description

Large 1,400 square foot two level house offers you a beach vacation 
just minutes from the sand.  Relax with plenty of space for you and 
your family. No worries about paying for beach parking---just walk 
there any time!  There are also 2 off street parking spaces at the 
house as well. Three bedrooms, and 2 baths will easily accommodate 8-
10 people.  Master Bedroom - Queen and single bed with Trundle 
            Middle Bedroom - 1 Twin and full size Bed
            End Bedroom    - 1 Twin and Double futon

Vacation Rental Amenities

Washer/dryer on site, outdoor deck with Gas Grill, Cable TV in 
living room and bedroom, VCR/DVD, ceiling fans throughout, eat-in 
kitchen, microwave, 2 off-street parking spaces.  Back porch storage 
for bikes etc. No smoking. No pets.

Activities and Attractions

A 2 minute walk will bring you to the heart of OOB's attractions, 
including seven miles of gorgeous sandy beaches, carnival rides, 
games for kids, shopping, the train to Boston and Portland.  Within 
a 20 minute car ride, you'll reach Kennebunkport, the Maine Mall, 
Portland Sea Dogs baseball and the sites of downtown Portland, Fun 
Town, Spalsh Town, Aquaboggan.  Additional areas of interest include 
museums, walking trails, windsurfing, and numerous water 
activities!  OOB is centrally located on Maine's coast near Freeport 
(LL Bean), Portland and the outlets in Kittery.

Vacation Rental Rates

 Summer weekly rates June 1to September 12,2009

Maine sales tax of 7% will be added to respective rates. 

Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, with check in at 3:00 and 
check out at 11:00.



The remainder of September is still open for rentals!  Weekend 
rentals too***Call for weekend rates***


A $400 reservation/security deposit is required to reserve the 
week.   The full balance is due 30 days before occupancy.  
Reservation/security deposit will be returned within 72 hours of 
departure.
