rides, Pier. (5-7 minute walk, 3/10 of a mile)

Sunny, clean, well-kept, ocean-nautical themed.

Quiet, dead-end street - Away from the noise of the train tracks.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, 
dishwasher, microwave, toasters, coffee makers, plates, cups, pots, 
utensils, dining room.

Master bedroom - King bed
2nd bedroom - 2 Twin beds
3rd bedroom - Full bed
Living Room - Pullout pillowtop queen bed
 
-Basic cable, DVD player, CD player and vcr.

2008 Spring weeks/weekends/shorter stays - email for price.

SUMMER 2008 - Sunday to Sunday $1800/wk base rate, plus 7% tax and 
refundable $400 security deposit.
Beat the summer traffic - Sunday to Saturday at $1650/wk base rate. 
Refundable security deposit of $400 and 7% Maine tax required on all 
bookings.

Strict MAXIMUM of 8 guests.  Must be 21 years old to sign agreement.  
Maine Rental License on file and the home meets all state and local
rental safety requirements.
