Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season July and August $7500 per month.  

Near peak Season June and September $2500 per month.

Off peak Season May and October $1500 per month.

Other Months not listed above $1000 per month plus Electric.

Security deposit of $500 and half months rent due at booking balance 
to be paid 30 days before rental begins.

Maine State tax of 7% added to total.
