Vacation Rental Description

We have 3 units...all newly remodeled which are 75 yards to the beach
and a 10 minute walk to downtown Old Orchard Beach with all of its 
attractions including Palace Playland, miniature golf, and great 
restaurants. All have full kitchens, with comfortable wooden
decks, furniture and grills. All have direct TV and at least one AC 
unit in each apartment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

New amenities in 2 of the 3 units. New furniture in all 3 units.

Activities and Attractions

You are 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 30-40 minutes from the
Kennebunkport area.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary depending upon timeframe. July and August run from
$800-$1100 per week. June and September run from $500-$700 per week. 
Partial weeks are available during some weeks.
