First floor, 2 bedroom condo recently updated. 

Just steps away from 7 miles of sandy beach. Sit on your patio and 
enjoy the ocean views while you barbeque on your grill. Or you can 
take a short walk to the center of town and enjoy all that downtown 
Old Orchard has to offer such as: shopping, amusements, arcades, and 
the large selection of concessions.


Front bedroom has a queen size bed

Second bedroom has 2 full size beds and an Ocean View

Living room has a futon that opens to a full size bed

Sleeps 6 comfortably, but can sleep 7

Ocean views from living room, bedroom, and patio.

Parking in front for 2 vehicles

10 minute ride to Funtown/Splashtown/Aquaboggan/Drive-In 
Movies/Scarborough Downs and BeachRidge Raceway and In-door go-kart 
track. 

About 20 minutes from the Portland Seadogs field, double-A affiliate 
of the Boston RedSox.

Or in the winter 20 minutes from the home of the Portland Pirates 
AHL hockey team.

A 30 minute car ride to the south brings you to the Kittery Outlet 
Malls, or 30 minutes to the north will bring you to LL Bean.

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 SEASON: 

Peak Season (6/20/08-9/5/08): $1,250. USD per week.

Off-Peak Season (5/23/08-6/19/08) and (9/5/08/-10/17/08): $800. USD 
per week.

All other Off-Peak: $500 USD per week, Available year round, no 
daily rentals. 

Reservation deposit of $250 required to secure week.

Security deposit of $300 USD due 60 days before occupancy.

FULL balance due 60 days before occupancy.

All rentals run from Friday to Friday to allow you a full weekend of 
enjoyment, and to avoild weekend traffic.

Shorter stays are available during the off peak season. 9/7/07 to 
10/12/07 $125 USD per night. 10/13/07 to 5/23/08 $100 USD per night. 
There is a two night minumum stay required at these rates.
