Vacation Rental Description

Waterview, steps to beach. Short walk to the Pier but not so close 
that you are in the middle of the commotion.

Nice two-story, two-bedroom townhouse condominium. The two bedrooms 
are upstairs with ocean view from the front bedroom.  The back 
bedroom looks directly towards the Pirates Cove miniature golf.  Two 
t.v.'s with cable (one upstairs and one downstairs).

Off street parking space right at your front door.  

Tastefully decorated, nicely furnished with great water pressure and 
good hot water too.  

Walk to the beach DIRECTLY across the street (about 200 feet until 
you are in the sand).  

No indoor smoking please.  

There is a sitting are with couple of chairs and a table outside 
your door.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Activities and Attractions

A three minute walk to the Pier by way of sidewalk or sand.

Close to the restaurants and shops of downtown.

Walkway to beach is DIRECTLY across the street.  

Fireworks on the beach every Thursday night all summer.

Funtown-Splashtown, Aquaboggin, and drive-in theater all within a 10 
minute drive.

Beautiful, historic Portland waterfront is only a 20 minute drive.

LL Bean is 30 minutes by car.

Pirates Cove miniature golf center is a VERY short walk.

Amusement park for the kids is on your side of the Pier.  A less 
than three minute walk.

Vacation Rental Rates

2007 Season
Peak: June 21 through Aug 31: $1200/week

Off-Peak: April 25 thru June 20 and Sept 1 thru Oct 19: $700/week.
Nightly rentals available with a three night minimum stay for 
$150/night in the off-peak season. 

Security Deposit of $150 is due 30 days before occupancy.

Full balance due 30 days before occupancy.  Rental dates will be re-
opened if balance is not received in full 14 days before occupancy.

A reservation deposit equal to 1/3 of the total rental cost is 
required to secure dates. The dates are "booked" once this deposit 
is received.

Credit cards are accepted. 

The weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.  Check-in time is 
3:00 p.m. and check-out is 10:00 a.m. 

Maximum occupancy is six people.
