1 Bedroom  Quaint cottage with seperate studio apartment, can sleep 
2-4 in the cottage and 2 in the upstairs studio. Can rent seperate 
or together. Full kitchen downstairs, galley kitchen upstairs. 0.2 
miles walk to the beach. Parking, patio, grill. Both cottage and 
studio include airconditioning, cable tv, and dvd players. Cottage 
also has highspeed internet. 

3 minutes to town. Linens available for $75.00 extra per week
 SHOULDER WEEKS AVAILABLE IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER
Off Season Weeks and Rates Available in June, September and October

             shoulder $500.00 per week 
             4th of July $800 per week
for both cottage and studio upstairs, $1,700.00 per week
