Vacation Rental Description

Large home that can be easily shared with friends or multiple 
families. 2.5 baths. Sleeps 14+.
Bedrooms: 1 queen bed in 3 bedrooms, 1 full bed in 1 bedroom, 2 twins 
in a bedroom, double pull-out sofa and double futon. Basement also 
has several beds and a living room area. Master bath has 2 person 
jacuzzi! Free washer/coin op dryer, outdoor furniture, beach wagon, 
gas grill and bikes included. Room for 2 cars in the drive way and 2 
cars in front of the house, and plenty of on street parking. A 10 
minute walk to the beach, pier, amusement parks, shopping and ice 
cream. A short drive to Dunkin' Donuts! Pets Welcome! This is a 
bright, beautiful home. More info and pics available. 
This is a yearly rental.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full year round home with full kitchen including microwave and 
washer/dryer. Also tv/vcr/dvd players in bedrooms and living spaces.
Outdoor cold shower and furniture. Ac in main living area and 
ceiling fans throughout home and in all bedrooms. Renters are 
responsible for bringing their own sheets and towels as well as doing 
light housekeeping at the end of your stay. There is no phone 
available at this house. It is best if renter has a cell phone.

Activities and Attractions

Close to Peir, shopping and beach. 20 minute drive to Portland.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rate is $1,850 between May 31-June 28. $1,950 between June 28-
Sept. 6 
Weeks go from Saturday to Saturday.

This property is also available for winter weeks/weekends or college 
students until May.
