Vacation Rental Description

This condo is located near all the Disney Parks and has everything
that you need when you are away from home and it will make you think
that you are right at home... You have internet accses, washer and
dryer, dinning room a full equiped kitchen with plates, cups, 
flatware, pots & pans, a feel at home master 
bedroom and main amenity is the pool that you can watch your kids
from you bedroom window...
It has a screened in terrace with a table and chairs for one to sit 
at and look out. Master bedroom has a queen bed with two night 
stands and a dresser with a mirror and a flat screen t.v. In the 
next room it has bunk beds and a chest for two kids and a tv with
dvd player. In the living room it has futon that opens and two more 
people can sleep there. It has a 42' inch flat screen with a DVD/VCR
player, Playstation 2 if kids are coming (that way they can bring 
there own game to play)

Vacation Rental Amenities

Central Heat and cooling, Free local phone service, Internet 
services, cable television, Microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher 
refrigerator, garbage disposal, oven, range, coffe maker, toaster, 
lines and towels, community pool. Each room has a color tv, with dvd 
player and a 42 in. tv in the living room with dvd/vcr player.

Activities and Attractions

All the resort facilities of The Hawthorne Village such as pool,
tennis, kiddie playground, gym, doogie playground. And all the shops 
and restaurants for all your dining such as Sizzler's Buffet for 
breakfast or dinner and many other restaurants (breakfast, lunch & 
dinner).

Vacation Rental Rates

The Hawthorne Village is very centrally located off of Orange
Blossom Trail, just off of the turnpike express way. Just blocks
from the biggest mall in Orlando and that is Florida Mall... And 8
minutes from International Blvd which is the main street that takes
you to Sea World, Wet n' Wild and Universal Studios. And all that 
street has everything you need for your dinning pleasure and shopping
and some spectacular exhibits like Riple's Believe it or Not Museum, 
Wonder Works, etc...
Property is located off of Orange Blossom Trail and a couple of feet
away from the pool.

Jan, May, Aug, Sep, Nov.
High Season:
Feb, Mar, Apr, Jun, Jul, Dec.
