Vacation Rental Description

Brand new lake front apartment, 50 feet to Lake George.  A dock is 
available for your boat, a docking fee will apply.  A state launch as 
well as marina are within 1 mile of the property.  The mountains stand
behind the property, Lake George in front at our sandy beach.  The 
apartment features a full kitchen with quartz counters and dining area, 
a living area with cable TV a sleeper sofa for 2, as well as 1 chair.
The bedroom has a new queen size bed as well as bunk beds with a 
walk in closet.  The apartment features a full bath.  The lakeside 
overlook has a sliding glass door with 4 large windows to view the lake. 
No smoking or pets, but "Rug Rats" are welcomed.  This is a beautiful, 
tranquil location, that's why we built here - come experience the 
beauty and relaxation for yourself.  The apartment is the lower level 
of the house. This property is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday
to Saturday.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Outside, the patio has a picnic table as well as a gas grill.  There 
is an "Adirondack" outdoor shower as an added feature.   All linens,
utensils, & appliances are supplied.  Parking is available for up to 2
cars.  A canoe & paddle boat are available for your use, complimentary.

Activities and Attractions

The Ticonderoga golf course is within 10 minutes of the property as 
well as a number of restaurants.
