Vacation Rental Description

Two bedroom  housekeeping cottage. One bedroom has two queen beds. 
Second bedroom has Double bed. All bed linens provided. Bathroom has 
shower only.No tub. Sleeps 6 children included. Bath towels provided 
for on site use only. Full eat in kitchen with gas stove and frost 
free refrigerator. Dishes,glasses and silverware provided. 
basic pots and pans provided. Credit cards accepted. PLEASE NOTE. 
Cottage pictured has a steep front yard that may be a hazard to very 
small children. Other cottages available may be more appropriate 
for children in the 2 year old range. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wall unit air conditioner in the living room. Cable TV. Large front 
porch overlooking mountains.Located just south of exit 21 on trolley 
line.  BBQ grill available Master card and visa accepted. 

Additional rental cottages may be available starting at a weekly rate

Activities and Attractions

 Just south of Lake George Village. Great Escape park and Queensbury 
shopping outlet 2 miles south. Please note maximum occupancy of six 
people including children for the cottage pictured. Additional 
cottages may be available for group rentals.  Small well behaved Pets 
considered on an individual basis.  (30 lb maximum) Pets may 
not be left unattended in the cottage without kennel confinement.
Pet cleaning of $50.00 will be required. PLEASE NOTE. The cottages
being offered are housekeeping cottages. No daily maid service 
available without advance arrangement 

Vacation Rental Rates

 Cottages are located in a cottage colony. Additional cottages may be 
available. Weekly rental for June $700 week, July and August at 
$950.00 per week.  3 night minimum stay for reservations for July and 
August at $215. night plus tax. Sept and Oct at $145 per night 2 night
minimum stay.

Mastercard and Visa accepted.  1/2 deposit required for confirmed 
reservations. Refunds for cancellations not available without 3 week 
notice prior to arrival.(exception) Unless I am able to re-rent 
property for same dates.
