Nestled on 2 private and wooded acres on gorgeous Northwest Bay in 
Bolton Landing, this lakefront Chalet with dock looks out onto the 
lake and the forever wild Tongue Mountains and is a wonderful 
Adirondack retreat. Beautiful all new furnishings and very clean!!
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a twin over full bed, a 
full kitchen with new appliances, kitchenware, full bath, mudroom, 
dining and living room area with fireplace and wall of glass with 
beautiful view leading to huge deck.  Upstairs has a spacious loft 
bedroom with Queen size bed and a half bath, loveseat, chair, ample 
closets. There is a stone path/steps to the lakefront with new deep 
water cedar dock, excellent swimming in protected bay and more 
beautiful views! Great for fishing, sun bathing, swimming, boating or
just relaxing at the waters edge. Close easy access to the Narrows!

Vacation Rental Rates

The weekly rental runs from Saturday to Saturday 
and is available year round 

Rates are as follows:

January through June                         = $1950.00/per week
July  through August                         = $2750.00/per week
September through November                   = $1950.00/per week

Multi week rental rate also runs from Saturday to Saturday 
*There is a 5% Discount for Multi week rentals.

Monthly rates are also available-Please inquire within. There is a 
10% Discount for monthly rentals. 

We do consider pets. There is an additional $175.00 pet fee per pet 
per week. No exceptions.

A one time cleaning service at the end of your stay is included in 
the rate, however, we kindly ask that you Please keep the Chalet in 
tidy condition and care and preserve the premises.
