Vacation Rental Description

This comfortable two bedroom, two bath condo is located at the 
fabulous Windsor Palms Resort, just 3 miles from Disney World.  Why 
stay in a cramped hotel room when you can stay in a cozy condo for 
less?

This beautiful condo has an inviting carpeted living room with 
sleeper/sofa, loveseat, large cable TV with DVD/VCR.  The living 
area leads to a screened balcony where you can sit, relax, and enjoy 
the evening.

There is an adjacent dining area with spacious seating for up to six 
guests.  The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, 
dishes, and major appliances, including washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and attached full 
bathroom.  The second bedroom has two twin size beds, TV, and it's 
own separate full bathroom.  All linens and towels are provided.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Windsor Palms Resort is a 24 hour gated community with all 
amenities included in price.  There is a large community swimming 
pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, volleyball, tennis and basketball 
courts, barbecue area, game room, fitness area, playground, Sundry 
Shop, and 58 seat movie theater on the grounds.  There are also many 
restaurants, grocery stores, and shops within one mile of the resort.

$65 - $110 per night plus 13% Florida Tax.
There is a $65 additional cleaning fee for stays of less than 7
