Cocoa Beach Vacation Rentals Area Information
It is known as the typical beach town offering endless means to relax and enjoy. Cocoa Beach is situated on a barrier island in Central East Coast of Florida and it is six miles long and one mile wide. The weather of the Cocoa beach is mild and it is one of the features that attract tourists from all over to this place.Be it a family beach holiday, a weekend getaway, a business trip or leisure travel that is being planned, Cocoa beach is perfect place for every type of holiday. It is one of the most affordable holiday places in Florida. There are many exciting things that can be seen and done in the Cocoa Beach, it's like the excitement never ends here.
Whole of six mile of ocean beach can be accessed from one end to another of the city easily. A perfect day can be enjoyed at the beach. Just lie and relax and get a tan or build sandcastles with children. A volleyball game can be enjoyed at the beach or look out done for the seashells that come to the shore.

For nature lovers, Cocoa Beach offers many attractions. One of them is Brevard Zoo home to more than 400 animals like jaguar, kangaroo, eagle and more. In Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, more than 1045 variety of animals and plants and 310 bird species are found. It is home for many endangered wildlife species like West Indian Manatees, sea turtles, southern Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoise.
Some of the attractions nearby are Kennedy Space Center from where day and night launches of satellites can be viewed, Orlando Area attractions like Sea World, MGM and Universal studios, Port Canaveral from where day trip cruises on board of casino ships can be taken.
