Myrtle Beach is located in Horry County, South Carolina. This city is known as the “Resort City”. This town is the home base for two of the biggest beach towns and barrier islands named Myrtle Beach Metropolitan area and Grand Stand. The beach and the barrier land cover the area from Little River to George Town.Myrtle Beach was incorporated as town in the year 1938 and became a city in 1957. The main attractions are IMAX Theater, Ripley’s aquarium, Planet Hollywood and the Pavilion Nostalgia Park.
Myrtle Beach host world famous events such as Can-Am Days, this is held at the Spring Break. Myrtle Beach bike week is a week-long motorcycle rally, this events draws attention of tens of thousands of visitors every year. In the month of July the city hosts the “Mustang Week” the event display various models of Mustangs and SVT’s. The event also displays meet and greet day, race day at the Myrtle Beach Speedway, Drag Night at Darlington’s drag strip.

Myrtle Beach has one international airport named Myrtle Beach International Airport. The airport was opened in the year 1976. The town is connected to the interstate highway and expressways.
